Flamholtz Working in China

Eric Flamholtz is very active lecturing, consulting and doing research with leading entrepreneurial companies in China.

During the past two years he has delivered leadership development programs and done executive coaching for several leading companies in China including Li Ning, Xu Zhou Construction Machinery Group, Haohe Construction, 1000 Colors, and B-Ray Investment Holding Group.

He has been a frequent lecturer for Executive leadership and Executive MBA programs of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and has also lectured at Xiamen University.  He has lectured in programs sponsored by Management Systems' strategic partner in China, New Leaders, in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xiamen and Chengdu.

Dr. Flamholtz is also conducting research on Chinese enterprises as compared with Western businesses.
