On March 17, 2011,  Dr. Eric Flamholtz, President and Founder of Management Systems announced the launch of Management Systems Europe which will be based in Moscow, Russia. 

Dr.Vladimir Kuraykov has been appointed Managing Director of Management Systems, European Operations.

"This announcement is part of Management Systems' initiative to bring best-in-class proven methodologies to growing parts of the world. We have already been working with Clients in China since 2009, and have previously worked with some in Europe and Latin America."

Dr. Eric Flamholtz and Dr. Yvonne Randle will deliver a seminar by invitation only in Moscow for select clients, trainers, and consultants slated for June 3-5, 2011.

New Leaders

Eric Flamholtz is very active lecturing, consulting and doing research with leading entrepreneurial companies in China.

During the past two years he has delivered leadership development programs and done executive coaching for several leading companies in China including Li Ning, Xu Zhou Construction Machinery Group, Haohe Construction, 1000 Colors, and B-Ray Investment Holding Group.

He has been a frequent lecturer for Executive leadership and Executive MBA programs of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and has also lectured at Xiamen University.  He has lectured in programs sponsored by Management Systems' strategic partner in China, New Leaders, in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xiamen and Chengdu.

Dr. Flamholtz is also conducting research on Chinese enterprises as compared with Western businesses.

Management Systems is in the process of partnering with an affiliate in Russia to bring its intellectual property, proprietary methods and "know-how" to companies in that part of the world. Details will be forthcoming.

Eric Flamholtz and Yvonne Randle have completed a new book dealing with corporate culture management, which will be published by Stanford University Press in the spring of 2011.

Based upon extensive empirical research and experience in culture management,   the book describes Management Systems methods of culture measurement and management. This book includes several case studies (including those of a number of Management Systems Clients) showing how highly successful companies actually mange their culture.
